The ‘Wick To Wembley’ display has opened at The National Football Museum, in Preston, and will run until August 2009. If you have never been to the museum, and you love football, then I highly recommend it. On three levels, it is free to get in and it is crammed packed with memorabilia and artefacts from all periods and covers all aspects of our beautiful game. It is also great for kids and there are numerous interactive displays; fans of all ages will find something to love about the museum.
If you are anywhere near Preston, do pay a visit; you won’t be disappointed! Details of how to get to the museum can be found on their website.

My dream is to score the winning goal in an FA Cup Final. I am aged 93, so have probably missed my chance.
My second dream is for my son to score the winning goal in an FA Cup Final, but that is an awful burden for one so young, so I haven't told him yet.
I love football, wine, food, cinema, music and have a penchant for lime milkshake, which I have only ever found in a small cafe in Devon.
Oh, and I've always wanted to write a book. And now I have.
I lied about my age.
